I have rashes and skin irritation I feel its In sun Linght more irritating

Looks like prickly heat to me. Always worse in the sun.. Calamine lotion is the old fashioned way, nowadays it usually anti allergic tablets from chemist. Not too expensive. Ithink it's caused by sweat glands not being able to sweat it out, so an exfoliating shower may help. I,m not sure tho but a chemist should be able to confirm.

You have my sympathy it's soooo itchy.

I think you can also buy calamine cream from chemists, it's not as messy as the lotion. You might also find other anti-itch creams useful such as Boots Dermacare Anti-Itch which has crotamiton as the active agent, or Balneum Plus or E45 Itch Relief which contain lauromagrogols as the agent. Probably needs a bit of trial and error!
