Patches of faded red and darkish red appearing (and spreading?) on legs. Not itchy, dry, raised, textured, or painful.

Hi,

What could it be? Getting a doctor's appointment is difficult, but I am seeing one soon. TIll then, I want to stop scaring myself. These aren't textured, itchy, raised, or dry, nor are they painful. But they appear to be spreading, but fading. They fade, but do not disappear. Below is my fat leg, haha.

Lovely fat leg.

Don't worry, could it be something you,ve eaten. New soap powder, new trousers rubbing. Probably jus mild allergy, let us know how you get on. Good luck.

I had something that looked similar on my legs when I was pregnant. The doctor told me it was enlarged capillaries due to extra strain on blood flow. Have you been doing intensive exercise? I was told only to worry if they start to hurt. If I were you I'd get it checked out though. I know it is a pain getting appointments but not worth risking it in case it does need treatment.

Not what you're looking for?
