Carol, my 12 years old daughter have dry skin since childhood. She often suffers from dry skin, itchy scalp and dandruff issues. When she was 7 years old her skin was so dry that even the application of moisturizer would provide a burning sensation to her.

Here is what I did, first I check for apple cider vinegar in my kitchen. It was there! I took the apple cider vinegar out off the kitchen cabinet and followed following steps-

•Raw apple cider vinegar- ¼ cup
•Warm water- 1 cup
Steps followed
1.I just took ¼ cup of raw apple cider vinegar and add 1 cup of water to it.
2.Mixed the solution properly and provide 2 minutes of scalp massage to my daughter.
3.Allowed the solution to remain on the scalp for 10 minutes.
4.Washed the hair with mild shampoo.
I repeated the application of ACV on scalp for 2-3 times a week and the scalp psoriasis was gone! You can also use this remedy to get rid of scalp psoriasis in no time. The application of ACV is also useful to keep your hair and scalp healthy. If you want a shiny and healthy hair then definitely go for it!
