This is my first post and i could appreciate some advice.
I have what i could only describe as a spot /leison on my leg at the side of my knee. It developed im my early to mid teens but didn't think anything of it. A few years ago i noticed the middle started going white which looked like a spot with a whitehead again i didn't think more of it. in the last 2 to 3 years the border has become less defined and i have a varicose vein behind my knee opposite where the leison is.
I'm waiting to see a dermatologist about it but was wondering if anyone knows what this could be? i also suffer from endometriosis so not sure if there is a link between the two.
Thanks in advance xx

Could it be a sebaceous cyst? Only slight doubt is the irregular edge, but sounds like the cysts I get otherwise (which are harmless, as I understand it) but I'm not a doctor and no expert.
I did try to upload a picture with my post but kept having problems so tried describing it as best as i could.
My doctor seemed really confused when she saw it and said she had no idea what it was but after i explained the changing colour and border she said that i would need further advice from a dermatologist. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious xx
