I have an extremely itchy, red patchy type rash that started on my inner thighs and has now spread to numerous other locations hard not too scratch it, doc prescribed cortisone cream, kind of works but it's a bandaid solution. Need a remedy that's long term

Try looking at National Eczema website eczema.org or e-mail helpline@eczema.org as in the latest issue of their magazine Exchange there is an article about eczema diagnosis. if it's eczema there is not a long term remedy, it's more about finding what works for you in terms of long term management of the condition.

Can't help with your rash but can give you a warning. Beware of all topical steroids. I suggest you go to
