Suggested introductory content: My cousin who is 26 and and has suffered from Dark Circles since a young age, I'm not sure whether this is due to a genetic thing or her diet. Does anyone recommend any creams or treatment she can undertake??
Much appreciated

Hi i assume your talking about her eyes .. could be any reason for it like iron or lung conditions but thats not for me to go on about
Only thing i can recomend is if she trys not to rub her eyes and if smokes needs to stop also drink plenty of water
1. Don't smoke, and always apply an eye cream with SPF around the eye area. Smoking and exposure to UV rays both weaken collagen and cause premature wrinkling and sagging.
2. Apply an eye cream to the eye area nightly.
3. Choosing a concealer that matches your skin tone. If you have mild discoloration, pick a liquid formula. If your shadows are more prominent, go for more coverage with a cream or cake concealer. Lightly pat the concealer on from the inner corner of your eye to just past the outer corner.
4. Some eye creams that contain caffeine can help a little by constricting the underlying blood vessels.
