The Acne Priority Setting Partnership was set up in November 2012 to bring together people with acne and healthcare providers in order to identify and then prioritise unanswered questions about acne treatments.
We would like to invite you to complete our survey and tell us what questions about acne treatments you’d like to see answered by new research. This is your chance to tell us what’s wrong with existing treatments and what changes you’d like to see.
You can find the survey and more details about it by going to acnepsp.org.
Alternatively, you can text ‘spots’ to 88020 to be sent a link so you can fill in the survey from your phone. It only takes a few minutes.
At the end of the exercise, we’ll make sure the most important questions are brought to the attention of researchers and those who fund their work. After sorting and refining your questions, they will be entered into an open access database called UK DUETs (library.nhs.uk/duets/).
We would be delighted to see a large response as it will help to inform clinicians and scientists when they are planning future acne research and ensure that the public have had opportunity to be included in the process.
Many thanks,
The BSF
