How do I sit with feeling desperately nervous and full of thoughts and like I want to jump up and down when I’m at work? Any tips?

have you tried a few minutes of meditation to train your mind as a part of your daily life? Also a physical activity daily? You are the boss of your mind and body not the other way around…you got this!
