Thank you for sharing that inspiring video. I have a question though. If thanks to ERP you can get over your health concern OCD and handle reasonably well your worst fear being realized (like in the video), what happens if your OCD deals with moral values, like harm or pedophilia OCD? In that case, does doing ERP mean getting used to the possibility of the worst-case scenario, or learning to content oneself with good reasons to believe the worst-case scenario will never happen?
