Dealing with Health OCD

For several years I dealt with health related OCD. All started after failed knee surguries, infections, and much rehabe. Constipation, hair loss, depression , believing I am going to die. Therapy did not help as long as I let it take over my life. In time with some meds and herbal products, more interaction with people, exercise, it lost its control over me. It never goes totaly away, but having a positivive attitude on life, and faith in God, and most of all staying active I became the person I used to be. More positive, much less procrastinaion, and willing to take chances.
