My OCD is largely centred on worries about the safety of my family and friends. Last night, I had a bad dream that was very triggering in terms of my anxieties, and has really given me some intrusive thoughts and put me on edge. I was just wondering if anyone has ever had a similar experience, or if anyone has any tips for dealing with this?
