Yeah omg. I do that if I fear something bad will happen. Like If I could control anything if I have certainty. Can be really frustrating sometimes 🥲

I can definitely relate. Certainty would be nice but nothing is certain except death and taxes. Accepting it in areas where OCD affects us is tough but essential for OCD recovery.
