Can’t help my thoughts

I’ve been having some issues now for the past few years of letting things go. And the only way to “let things go” is by writing an email to that person or text message just to feel like I got it off my chest. Or else the thoughts ruminate over and over and over and for the life of me I can’t stop them, it’s so depressing 😔. I am diagnosed with OCD and anxiety and been on several meds. Nothing seems to work in this life for me. What is my next step I don’t know . Any idea guys ? Thanks 🙏

Have you tried Exposure Response Therapy? You can find a directory of practitioners at IOCD.
