so I had ssurgery a few eeks ago and had been out of work for a month or so. I went to the doctor just the other day because of stomach issues and it turns out I have a parasite which after doing a little reading can cause issues with the gallbladder which is what I had removed but now because of that I could not have needed the surgery if they had tested me for the parasite I mean it's a possibility and one I think I should explore with a lawyer because if it's true then I wouldn't have had to miss all the work I missed and not owe the hospital 45000 dollars but at the same time i keep doubting everything in myblife like I'm being punished

Yes but meds only help lighten symptoms don't make it gone

Many hospitals have a financial assistance program. I hope you qualify. If your hospital has it, you can find out about it by calling their billing office.
