Trying to exhale after yesterday’s tragedy. I can’t stop thinking about all the days we teachers give so much of ourselves to our “kids!” (Students)

What are you doing to get by? What are some ways to exhale? Breath? Find a bright spot? I’m limiting my television time, praying for God’s grace and mercy, and listening to Gospel music.

My heart is heavy …trying to stay focus..guess I’ll journal..hugs 🤗😩

We must mourn the dead and fight like hell for the living. Vote! And tell everyone you know to vote! We cannot afford the luxury of despair! Hugs back.
