Suffering from severe OCD. Always needing to check this one particlular thing in my life.

CBT is not helping me. I am on 80 mg fluxotine, and 15 mg of Olanzapine.

Has anyone taken this combo?

What are some of your OCD topics? Mine in existential.

Mine is fear of doing harm. It's very hard to stop checking I know, esp now that we have the whole internet at our fingertips.

I believe existential anxiety has its roots in the many unknowns we have in life. In fact we do not have control over very much except how we repond to it. I like to believe that there is a higher power- maybe God, who is all knowing. There are so many things in the world that we just except but do not really understand such as: how does electricity work? etc. When I get tangled up in my thoughts, I turn them over to my higher powere.
