So often we put ourselves last. I know I have, what about you? What do you need to do/work on; in order to make the change?

At the moment its literally just to try things. My mind has been so skewed into thinking putting myself first in anything is selfish that I don't even have a good baseline for what is selfish and what is not at this point. So for me, its just taking any situation and trying to put my needs first. This means that at some point I will be selfish, it may hurt someone, and I may feel guilty about it. All of this is okay as I'll learn from the situation and eventually I'll have a better baseline for what putting me first does and doesn't feel like
