How to funding and use the result of research program of Internation OCD ?

I do love to fund the research program . But could anyone tell me more about the information of the aim , progress and future clinical purpose ofthe research first? By the way, I found Orchard, the charity orgnization is looking for the better treament for OCD. What's different and how soon we can get the result in clinical application? Can we stakeholder join hand and break the silo ? Thanks
