Today I have found working at my job which is cooking in a restaurant and everyone in the kitchen calls in sick 😫 I don't have time to think or ruminate

Keeping busy, but without overdoing it, helps to keep OCD at bay. Having said that, I found many years ago that very repetitive work, like the boring and routine office work I was doing, made my OCD worse. Being creative and having varied work is key.
