I'm sorry you're feeling bad at the moment. I hear you and I understand exactly what you're going through. I wish I could turn them off too, but I think the goal is to allow them to be there and be okay with that. At least that's my opinion coming through therapy.
I don't know if this will help at all, but one person in my OCD group said that we were lucky in a way. You get a chance to learn how to deal with this challenge. It makes you learn to treat yourself well, be present with your thoughts, face your fears, and understand your mind more.
I know it can be really hard, but I know recovery is possible too. I've been there.

I understand how you feel. It's hard to stop worrying or let go of intrusive thoughts. Have you heard of 7 Cups of Tea? It is a free mental health app. You can chat with a peer listener. This has helped me feel better and get to the source of why I'm worrying.
