Hello I'm KatJ1982. I have been suffering from OCD since I've been a teenager. I am checker and I also suffer from depression.

Hi Kat nice to meet you. I only signed up to this site tonight, but have been a member of the liver forum and afib forum for a few months. Would say my ocd is more thought based than physical checking. Have you heard of Italk which is conducts CBT therapy which can help OCD suffers? Have had 6 sessions and do find it a help
