Some people go into OCD treatment with certain expectations, or preconceived ideas of what it will be like. Here are a few common myths about OCD treatment:

1) You should feel better after therapy.

2) The goal of therapy is to "cure" OCD.

3) If you are experiencing anxiety during an exposure, you are doing it wrong.
