Hello, all! I have dabbled in most subtypes of OCD but my main ones are scrupulosity and perfectionism. These have recently become severe enough to warrant an intensive treatment program. I’ve been learning some interesting things and have started blogging about my journey if anyone wants to follow along. You can find it at Brokenstrongblog.Wordpress.com.
