Checking the mirror?

Hi my obsession is so bizarre I can’t bring myself to write it,just to say it makes me hate myself, and my compulsion checking my face in the mirror to c if it’s really me!,ive had it as my first OC 30 years ago but now it’s back with a vengeance, I think I’ve got a handel on the checking (cut it back to 3 times from over 50 times per day ) but I still have the negative thoughts and images 🙏,I’m mentally,spiritually and physically exhausted,does anyone else have this type of OCD ? 🤗🤗🤗
