Hit and run OCD. This can be very difficult to navigate through. Every bump on the road signals to you that you may have actually hit someone. You may search for evidence to gain some clarity of if you actually did or not. This ends up keeping the person trapped and doubting. Let’s go over the treatment for hit and run OCD and what it looks like.

Hi

If I understand correctly, you mean that some people who are obsessed; While driving, they think they have overtaken someone. In such a case, it gives a strange feeling to the person. As if he thinks it is a dream and the scene he sees is not real, and for a moment when he is distracted, he thinks that he has overtaken someone while driving.

I must say that I have had the same feeling. It feels very bad.

The person alone is not able to cope with obsessive compulsive disorder. So the best way is to use scientific methods.

Neurofeedback is one of these methods.
