I have been struggling trying to resist compulsions, by facing the fear.
Usually, the fears seem so scary, that I cannot imagine them, as being real.
My past week I have given into lots of checking and obsession compulsions.
I know facing the fear treatment works for OCD.
Since in the past, whenever I have tried facing the fear, the thoughts go away faster.
I will just keep trying facing the fear, whenever I fail.
It involves having strong mental strength to really face the fear.
I am sure we as OCD patients are struggling with this on a daily basis.
