hey guys,just wanted to tell that these past two weeks have been great,intrusive thoughts arent bothering as much,but i feel bad all the time im in no mood ,im no enjoying things as much ,i just really dont know what i want to do , its a feeling i cant really describe, i think about getting anti-depressive medication,but i feel like im too young and i dont want to rely on medication.

Hey! Good to know you are going better! Somedays are better than others, just try to breathe and feel the sounds / odors around you, just do that 5 minutes at day, that helps to relax your mind for a while.
