Whichever one works for you. There are lots of different kinds of medication. All of them work for some people, but not all of them work for all people, so while it's probably not the answer you want to hear, the best thing for you to do is to work with a doctor (preferably a psychologist) and determine which one is best at reducing your symptoms without giving you too many side effects - and unfortunately, the only way of doing that is often through trial and error. Don't worry if Medication A worked for one person or Medication B worked for another: all that matters is which one works for you.
