Several Health issues all at once triggered my OCD at 72.

I was 72 when I was informed I have OCD, and its all related to many health issues after it surfaced after 2 knee surgeries that got infected.

exposures to different foods is much easier then exposures to fear of dying because of all the health issues. I am stock and majorly depressed.

I take psychiatric medication known as anti-depressant for depression and OCD.

Medication can help you feel better from the depression, and could help with the OCD symptoms also.

I have seen therapists in the past when I was going through difficult times in my life.

It helps when you have someone to talk to about major depression symptoms.

An OCD specialist could help with the OCD symptoms also.
