Let the obsessions go, DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THEM GO!

Yes, it's easier said than done, but the strength is within you.

Please share with us what you're letting go of today (thoughts, compulsions, etc)

I am letting go of the thought of whether I will get better or not. I can live my life even with OCD and anxiety. The OCD thoughts are becoming irrelevant, and I don't need certainty about what will happen in the future.

To remember: it’s not about the ‘content’ but about the uncertainty. I can then accept the uncertainty and DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! (No going back, no reduing, no clarifying, no confessing, no rewashing, Did I do that? Did I say that? Did I lie? What if? I DO NOTHING in my uncertainty and stay with it until my suds level comes down and I find the ocd threat and push on my mind just dissipate away, letting it all go.👍🏼 It takes practice for sure.

I always find it interesting that when it comes to OCD, sometimes, DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING can be so powerful!
