Hello, this is my first post! My name is Gabi and I’m 18. I was diagnosed with OCD when I was 3 years old. The biggest thing that bugs me are the huge misconceptions and stigmas around OCD.

Hello! Girl i feel ya on this. It really pains me to hear people use ocd as an adjective or as something quirky and cute. Same with anxiety and depression and bipolar, etc. Ocd is extremely misunderstood by much of the public and its important to expand the understanding people have of it to know its more than just what the media plays it out to be

Agreed. It's commonplace to see statements about being "OCD" in regards to cleaning hacks or organizing something. It really irks me!
