Thanks for sharing! I'm new to the group and also new to my diagnosis. I just completed a 5 week inpatient treatment for ERP and am looking for ways to keep my recovery going in maintenance mode. I appreciate it!
Love it! Thank you! I also love following Jon Hershfield on twitter. His memes make me laugh and encourage me to find the humor in ERP/recovery.
Cool accounts, really a lot of useful information. But I have one question: why do such cool accounts have so few likes?? These accounts just need to be promoted. From my own experience, I can recommend one company that helps promote accounts. For a little money, you buy real instagram likes[/url] . And you are also provided with daily views! And the coolest thing is that the likes are not twisted, but real, that is, people will be able to get acquainted with your information in the profile! Here is the link famoid.com/buy-instagram-li...
Thanks for sharing! I love getting recommendations for instagram. I also follow @kimberleyquinlan who is great!
Of course! These accounts really helped reinforce certain ideas I learned in my own therapy throughout my journey with OCD. Seeing their posts even to this day still help as nice reminders to keep me on track. Kimberley is awesome! She is actually friends with a few of the therapists whose accounts I tagged above 😊
