Is there an online OCD test?

A 63 and last week for the first time has been told by a therapist that he has OCD, is there and online test, which can show he has OCD or not?

Absolutely. One of the standard tests is the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (YBOCS). You can find an example of it here:

It doesn't say it on the test, but avoidance can also be a compulsion. If you avoid situations that might trigger your obsessive thoughts, that qualifies as a compulsion.
