Hi dibidah, I think I can relate to how your feeling. I've been diagnosed with Just Right OCD but I think I have a bit of BDD as well because I also obsess over my weight and I worry about if I have gained any weight all day long. I feel like I have to be the "perfect" body size and it is very stressful. Have things gotten any better for you since you wrote this?
