A old man went to the Doctors for his yearly check up,
The doctor said do you want a sit before we start
The old chap said loudly NO ÌTS OK I HAD ONE BEFORE I CAME OUT,
Then the Doc said I want you to lay on the floor and do 2 press ups because I want to listen to your heart,
So the old chap got on the floor and started on the first push up he farted and on the next push up he farted again Burppppp
The Doctor then said "OK YOU CAN GET UP NOW WE'VE FINISHED, BUT I THINK YOU NEED A HEARING TEST BECAUSE I SAID I WANTED TO LISTEN TO YOUR HEART
