is vaginal dryness a symptom of MSA ?? What is the best way to manage it?

I’ve been suffering with irritation,pain and tenderness in and around the perineum

I’ve completed a course of antibiotics and steroidal cream any other suggestions greatly appreciated . Thank you

I'm not sure about it being a symptom of MSA, but there are products out there. You could try vaginal silk.

I don't know if vaginal dryness is a symptom of MSA but it is certainly common amongst post-menopausal women. Estrogen pessaries such as Estradiol really do help but I think that you would need to have them prescribed by your GP. The vaginal moisturiser called 'Yes' is also helpful and this can be bought over the cointer or on-line.
