Pain in my shoulder radiates down my arm, I have full movement but the pain is becoming unbearable. Any suggestions to ease it or what’s causing it. Thanks x

Hi BizzyissyI used to have excrutiating pain in my shoulder, shoulder blade, down my arm and into and including my hand. It's eased now, I don't know if going to the osteopath helped or drinking milk every day or whether it was a combination or would have gone away anyway? I know I used to want to amputate my arm but I haven't had it like that for a while. I hope it eases for you, I know I used to be beside myself but touch wood it's ok at the minute. Hopefully it will pass. Distraction is also a wonderful therapy. Thinking of you, and sending good vibes XXX

My husband used to get this extreme pain running down his arm too which he said felt as if it was being crushed by a truck. Afraid the only relief he could find for it was more morphine, which at least reduced it to bearable. So sorry you're suffering this too. X
