Don't forget....If you have an interest in MSA and live in "The Three Counties" of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire or Worcestershire (or can travel there!) come and join us for a Chat, Coffee, Cuppa Tea and Cakes at 1.30pm on Tuesday 25th September at the Boys Brigade Community Centre, Canterbury Leys, Newtown, Tewkesbury GL20 8BP. (Two minutes on the right, towards Tewkesbury from J9 of the M5 - plenty of free parking!).

An informal afternoon where we will be joined by MSA Nurse Specialist, Jill Lyons, and Jane Stein, the new MSA Trust advocacy officer. We will also be discussing: "Supplements: Q10, Vitamin B3 Nicotinamide, LDN, etc....do they help?"

Come with your questions or feel free to just listen. Stay for as little or as long as you want - the hall is booked for 2 hours.

Please let Marina at the MSA Trust office know if you will be attending by emailing support@msatrust.org.uk or telephone 0333 323 4591.....or just turn up!!

Jackie and I look forward to meeting you then.

Take care, Ian

Hi Yanno, I hope it goes well. Unable to make it I am afraid as I have gone and fractured my arm. Wishing you well and that you have a good meeting.

Wow, what a shame - are you okay, hopefully recovery won't be too long a process?

If you want a lift in to the meeting, just shout.

Take care, Ian

Hello Ian & Jackie, just to let you know John and myself will not be attending. John has deteriorated a lot since we attended earlier in the year. The journey alone will totally exhaust him. I hope the meeting goes well. All the best Carol.

Hello Carol

Sorry you’re not able to come and we are even more sorry that John’s condition has deteriorated to such an extent. I will try and send out a resume of the meeting afterwards and will definitely include you in the circulation.

All best to you both, Ian & Jackie

Hi Yanno, thank you for your kind offer. I have to keep my arm immobilised for at least 2 weeks I am afraid in a splint. All very frustrating as I am off work and out of action. It is a small fracture but near the wrist which has a lot if ligaments running through hence why it is so painful and takes a long time to heal. I hope the meeting goes well.
