I was diagnosed with PV nearly 8 years ago and yesterday an ultrasound showed I have an enlarged liver. I'm still only on aspirin and venesections, so no meds to date and am not seeing my consultant till February. My spleen is only 11.1 cm. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks Mel
