Heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team at Guys hospital. From bone marrow biopsy to results and consultation that took place today. Feel so very well looked after and cared for. The whole team, everyone from reception to consultant are wonderful. I have complete peace of mind and so blessed to be under their care. I was so nervous about getting my bone marrow biopsy results today which thankfully were ok. I have contact details and was introduced to clinical nursing team. Any question no matter how seemingly silly was answered with respect and kindness. For someone like me, who faints at a needle or the sight of blood, to be treated with such kindness and compassion is so special. I get so worked up before any appointment since my diagnosis. I’m just so grateful. Everyone so very carefully explained. It’s so reassuring and such a totally different experience to my local hospital. It is care at its very, very best.

I was also there yesterday for the first time, I travelled from Newcastle. I 100% agree with your thoughts, receptionist and all nurses wonderful and I got the privilege of seeing Claire Harrison who was the most gentle and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. I have MF and I feel I can go back to my local hospital with the knowledge she has got my interests at heart
