With most supplements, coordination with our are givers is a first step. On chamomile this report points to consumption via tea being not an issue, in healthy adults not on blood thinners (implication is not-healthy adults on thinners may need more scrutiny)

There are concentrated supplements of it, and there its effects would be magnified. This is good place to note that many popular supplements can can be anticoagulants or thinners (these are not necessarily the same). Two examples are curcumin and fish oil. I have experienced a negative effect in the form of bruises. Excess bruising tells me to lighten up or stop a supplement. But my MPN Dr says not to worry.

Chamomile tea reduces inflammation and has a calming effect, and green tea increases tone. Therefore, it is better to drink green tea in the morning, and chamomile at night.
