Met with hematologist today here in Houston and I am pleased to report that it was a fairly good one.

41 yo male CALR mutation - on Pegasys 135 mcg weekly and currently weening off of hydroxyurea @ 500 mg (1 pill) every other day.

ALT - also improved from 50 down to 47, so just above normal for liver function!

Just over a year, no side effects for me other than my liver got a little angry at first but it has resolved. 👍🏽

Only CALR currently, hope it stays that way. Rare to see jak2 and calr
