I just wanted to share my current blood numbers, 1 year after I started the therapy with Besremi (18 July 2023).
More info about my diagnosis (PV) and progress can be found in my previous posts.
Parallel to the therapy I did a lot of diet changes, the most significant ones are removing red meat from my diet, most of animal based food (switched to plant based food), and removed almost all processed food of any kind. What had more impact, I do not know, but most importantly I feel good in the last months, and I hope it will continue in the future.
(column B is for the dose of Besremi in mcg, P for Phlebotomy-350mL)
Wish you all the best

Nice progress, Skakulec 2! Your parallel dietary changes completed and strengthened your body’s response to the miracle interferon. I appreciate your sharing the good news of your progress.
Nice job tracking al of your values. It seems you have responded quite well to low dose Besremi. Most importantly, you feel good. I expect that is both a response to the Besremi and the changes in lifestyle. Diet does make a huge difference in how we feel. Loading our bodies with junk and toxins is clearly contraindicated and a sure way to feel crummy.
Congratulations! I too have been taking Besremi for 18 months now, and I started by taking 200 mcgr every 2 weeks together with hydroxyurea and gradually decreasing it until I stopped it, and little by little the doctors reduced my dose of Besremi up to 50 mcgr. good, zero phlebotomies for 18 months now and my values are almost normal..! I have more energy even though my diet hasn't changed, I'm Italian and I've always eaten in a balanced way, I'm a normal weight and I'm 62 years old. However this is really Interferon miracles for me! By decreasing the dose even the annoying side effects have almost disappeared. Greetings to everyone and lots of strength!
