Red spots palm of hands

I have PV since October 2023. I a, on Hydroxyurea 500 7 pills week to 9 per week.

I am having red marks on palms of hands and they hurt when bend hand.

I am wondering anyone have this problem. I am seeing my Oncologist next week and will ask her at that time. Has anyone had this problem.

That sounds like a possible PV related symptom. Suggest taking a picture of it and sending it to your hematologist in the patient portal at your earliest opportunity. I would not wait until the next appointment. Pain is a warning that something is wrong. It is best not to make assumptions in this kind of situation. Have it checked out as an emergent symptom.
