Covid update

I had a call back after 2.5 days from the covid medication delivery unit.

They asked me to go to the local hospital to get an infusion of sotrovimab. The tablets form interacts with some of my medication so this one was chosen. I will let you know how I do on it.

Hope and pray for your fast recovery. Which tablets did you get?

Sotrovimap infusion. I had to go to hospital to have a cannula inserted and the medication delivered over half an hour infusion. I feel already that I have turned the corner. The tablets were not suitable on account of various medication that I am taking. Thank you

interesting how different places deal with it. My hospital refused antivirals even though within first 24 hrs testing positive. The reason was because they did not believe antivirals helped .

I do feel already different and my chest and head are not as tight. I believe it costs around £ 2000.00 . I also have multiply sarcoid in lung and other places and on immunosuppressants. From what I understand they work well. Sorry you did not have access.

I did monoclonal antibody infusion when I had COVD, though a different one. It went well for me. Wishing you success and a speedy recovery.
