I heard there is a new CALR drug coming for those of us with this type of MPN. Has anyone heard about it recently? I thought trials were beginning soon but there has been nothing in the news or on this message board that I’ve noticed. Thanks in advance!

The new CALR drug, any new news?
I haven’t seen any trial data come back yet but my hematologist tells me it entered clinic this past summer so we should hear something soon. 🤞🏽
Thanks dbus, do you know the name of it? So I can keep an eye out.
Is it the one that’s like a vaccination?
I think it is still going by its top secret code name INCA033989. It is a monoclonal antibody so I am unsure how the payload gets delivered..
Here is some information and an overview on what it is, what it does, and how it works.

I know the Covid monoclonal antibody was administered via IV. So I would assume the same for this but I am only speculating.
Their study completion date is in 2028., I don't think that drug will become available prior to that. There is a list of location recruiting patients, you might want to participate: classic.clinicaltrials.gov/...
thanks for the info!
