Some medications change how the skin smells and reacts to perfumes. While a few people on the forum have reported an ammonia-like smell on the skin, I have not heard anyone state that perfumes reacted any differently. I suppose it is theoretically possible as a rare side effect. Perhaps others who use perfumes caan weigh on on this one.

I use the original Miss Dior. Smells the same but doesn't last as long. Probably because the original fixatives are no longer available.

I take HU AND I wear Dolce & Gabbana. It still smells the same. The receptionist even asked what fragrance I was wearing because it smelled nice.

Some scents and perfumes don’t currently smell as strong as they used to several years earlier. I’m inclined to agree with Barbara140 about fixatives.
