yes, Mostew, when I asked my haematologist if there was nothing I could do food wise myself, she said just eat the recommended government diet 😯 I thought, really 😯

Thank you for posting this information. I wish that I had this information 10 years ago when I was first diagnosed. So nothing new here for me. I had to do my own research and find the way how to support myself through my journey within MPN. I am glad that Inflammation is finally recognised as a part/cause of MPN and I remember that I asked that question many years ago and an answer was negative. I am glad that Integrative medicine is a part of complimentary medicine but not cure as many people like to believe. So I guess we are making a progress and that is very encouraging.
