Sudden rise of platelets with PV

A week ago, I posted that my platelets and WBC were suddenly rising while taking Hydroxy and aspirin. Today the platelet count was even higher, in just one week, and is now at 627.

The doctor told me to increase the dose for now. Also my neutrophils are high, while leucocytes are low, but he is strangely not concerned about that. My WBC is 7.85. For years it was around 5.

I know that some of us here, go through the same or worse scenarios, but I am wondering if there are combinations of blood disorders, for example PV and ET? My doctor never mentioned that or tested for it.

Does anybody have experienced changes to more expansive and complex diagnoses after a while of PV?

Thank you so much.

how long has it been since you were diagnosed with PV? Was a bone marrow biopsy done at that time?
