Ive been on interferon since January. Started on 45 and moved up to 90. I did have red itchy marks at injection site. I took advice from this forum and stopped using alcohol wipes. Now use baby wipes. Also make sure no drips at the end of the needle, which may have irritated the skin. I'm grateful for advice on this forum. All the

Thats great to hear, well done for sticking with it. I am starting on it soon too, so it’s interesting to read your post. Do you take it at night? How long did feeling rough last each time? Thanks and best wishes 🙏

I take mine about 8pm drink glass water after injecting . Bad headaches for day after 1st injection . Now fine & just flying with the medication in small cool bag. Took a Drs letter covering injection. Obviously swabtesting in security just tested positive for drugs but no problems 👍

only a short trial flight Jeni to friend in Jersey . Hotel put my injection in their fridge . I am only using small sandwich cool bag & the gel coolant bag. Dr charged £20 to do a letter to prove I prescribed this . Think long haul may be challenging I go in Feb to help crew on talk ship for disabled so on shift work will take some working out but intent to manage it as do it every year . I am hopeful this interferon will help us keep healthier . 👍. I already have more energy Julia .

Hii RazB

I started 3rd October 1st injection I took it at hospital around 2pm felt fluey about 8pm went to bed and felt hot and cold. Didn't sleep well. By lunch was feeling a little better but tiredness for a few days, also my skin was blotchy.

2nd Peg I took 2 paracetamolabout 6pm took injectionout of fridge at 6pm took about 20 past 6

I didn't feel as bad bit of a headache but not to bad did feel itchy but manageable .

3rd peg I didn't bother with Paracetamol took peg out at 6pm then took about 6.30pm no issues slept OK and woke up fine so hoping its in my system now and no more side effects.

Good Look with your journey and remember we are all here to support
